IT that keeps up as your team grows.

As a business grows, the colleague who handles the IT on the side runs out of hours. We take over the day-to-day, from new starters to leavers, and make files and security follow people from the office to home.

Files in three places? Read the cloud guide →

Sound familiar?

  • The colleague who handles the IT has a full-time job as well
  • New starters spend their first morning waiting for a laptop and a login
  • Nobody is sure what a former employee can still get into
  • Files live in three places and nobody is sure which copy is the right one

What good looks like.

Starters and leavers sorted
A laptop and accounts ready before day one, and access removed on the day someone leaves.
Everything, everywhere
Files, email and tools in the cloud, the same on every device and in every location.
Safe on any network
Company data protected on any network, with access that follows the person rather than the desk.

What changes as you grow.

Support for everyone

Anyone can call, email or message for help, and the colleague who used to do it gets their time back.

A routine for joiners and leavers

One checklist for every new starter and every leaver, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

Move files to the cloud

Files and tools moved to the cloud carefully, so nothing is lost and everything syncs.

Protect every laptop

Protected devices, sensible sign-in and safeguards that work the same at home, in the office or on the road.

An office that copes

WiFi that keeps up when everyone is in, with guest access kept separate from business systems.

A plan for the next stage

A short plan for the year ahead, covering what to add as you grow and roughly what it costs.

How it went for other clients.

Common questions.

We already have someone who does our IT. Where do you fit?

Alongside them, if you like. We can take the routine work off their plate, or add depth and holiday cover while they keep the parts they enjoy.

What happens when someone leaves?

On their last day, their sign-in is switched off and their email and files go to whoever needs them. Company laptops come back to be wiped and reissued.

Isn’t a VPN enough for home working?

A VPN gets you a connection. It doesn’t make files behave, keep laptops protected or stop everything crawling when the whole team is remote. Modern setups secure the person and their device wherever they are.

What about security when people work from home?

The same protections travel with the laptop, with safe sign-in and company data kept under company control on any network.

Do we need to buy new laptops?

Usually not. Most problems are about where files live and how access works, not the hardware. If any kit needs replacing, we’ll tell you and can supply it.
