A new office that works on the first morning.

Internet, WiFi, cabling, door access and cameras for your new office, all from one team. Talk to us when you sign the lease, because a dedicated business line can take weeks or months to install.

Sound familiar?

  • You get the keys in a few weeks and nothing is connected yet
  • You’re opening a second office and want it to work like the first
  • The landlord says there’s fibre, but nobody can tell you what kind
  • The old office has phones, alarms or door entry that need moving or replacing

What good looks like.

Ready on the first morning
Internet, WiFi and sign-in tested before your team arrives, so the first day is spent working.
One team for the whole building
Connection, cabling, WiFi, door access and cameras from the same people, so nothing falls between suppliers.
Room to grow
A network sized for the team you expect to have in two years, not just the one moving in.

What happens, and when.

As soon as you have an address

Find out which connections reach the building and order the line. If it won’t be ready in time, arrange a temporary connection.

Before the move

Cabling, WiFi, door access and cameras installed and tested. Laptops and accounts ready for anyone new.

Moving week

Equipment moved and reconnected, internet and phones switched over, with someone on hand when your team arrives.

After you’re in

Day-to-day support carries on, and anything that needs adjusting once the office is busy gets adjusted.

How it went for other clients.

Common questions.

How early should we talk to you?

As soon as you have an address. A dedicated business line can take weeks or months to install, depending on the building and the street. Early contact leaves time to order it, or to arrange something temporary.

Can you get us online quickly if the main line isn’t ready?

Often, yes. Full fibre or a mobile data router can bridge the gap until the main line arrives. We had BlackBrick Studio’s new office online in three days.

Can you install door access and cameras as well?

Yes. WiFi, door access and cameras can run on one system that we install and manage. When someone loses a fob, it’s cancelled in seconds instead of changing the locks.

What about our phones?

A move is a good time to leave an old phone system behind. Calls can run through Microsoft Teams, so office numbers ring wherever people are working. Anything else on an old line, like an alarm, gets moved too, and we can advise on a replacement if it needs one.

We’re opening a second office. Can it match the first?

Yes. The new office gets the same sign-in, files and security as the first, on a network that can be managed from one place.
