IT support for estate and letting agents.

A property business runs on calls, viewings, applications and references, so every branch has to stay online. We rebuilt a multi-branch agency after a week offline, and we still run its IT today.

What an agency needs from its IT.

  • Every branch stays online, with a backup connection ready if the main line fails.
  • Your lettings and sales software runs without a server in the back office.
  • A branch number rings wherever the right person is.
  • Key people can work from home when the weather, life or a burst pipe gets in the way.

A client in your line of work.

What we run for the agency.

A connection for every branch

A leased line in each office, with a backup connection alongside it that takes over if the worst happens.

Agency software in the cloud

We plan the move with your software vendor. When Keylet moved their lettings system to Alto, the business never lost its books.

Files in SharePoint and OneDrive

Shared drives move to SharePoint and everyone’s files to OneDrive, with modern, secure sign-in for every user.

Phones on Teams

Teams Phone replaces the old phone system, so calls reach people in any branch or at home.

Managed laptops

Old desktops replaced with laptops that are enrolled, encrypted and managed.

Branch networks

Wired network, WiFi and CCTV in every branch, on one platform we manage.

When firms like yours call us.

The services we’d use.

Common questions.

We still run our own server. Can we get rid of it?

That depends on your software. Keylet’s files, phones and lettings system all moved to the cloud, and their old servers were switched off and disposed of responsibly.

How do you keep every branch online?

Each office gets its own leased line, with a backup connection alongside it that takes over if the main line fails.

Can you work with our agency software provider?

Yes. For Keylet we worked directly with the vendor to move their lettings system from an ageing on-premises application to Alto, their cloud platform.
